We are a catering company based in Sussex, we have been established for over ten years.
Our hallmark is our friendly informal service combined with our excellent food. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
We supply everything to make sure that your event goes smoothly and is hugely enjoyable both for you and your guests.
All the disposable plates and cutlery we use come for a sustainable source and are fully recyclable.

No
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Usually yes, but we can cook off site too.
Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?
Yes, all our menus are flexible.

All our menus are custom made
Do you also offer a wedding cake?

If we run the bar we will do so in co-ordination with the event planner or host

Set List/Services
We provide. Barbecues and Hog and Lamb Roasts we cook over charcoal, this gives extra flavour to your food.
Our Paella Parties are always a success. You can have the traditional seafood and chicken or We can provide a vegetable Paella with aubergine, peppers and tomatoes.
Buffets can be tailor made to your requirements. Anything from a light finger buffet through to a luxurious meal with joints of meat and dressed salmon.
Canapés for a party either as a starter or for your cocktail event are all made to order, tailor made to your taste.
