I had Dream a Theme film my bridal boutique in 360 degrees last week. They were professional and friendly throughout, nothing was any trouble at all, they shared great ideas all the way through from conception to editing. I would absolutely recommend Dream A Theme to anyone looking for 360 filming for business or private. Thanks for all your help.

I booked dream a theme over 12 months before my wedding. They did not contact me for details, I had to contact them. On my wedding day they cancelled BY EMAIL. The reason they gave was reasonable, however they did not have the decency to phone me and left me on my wedding day panicking that there was no videographer. Who looks at their emails on their wedding morning! Since they let me down I have been trying to get a refund. I have had to log a claim to get half of my money back via PayPal , which I have now got but I have received nothing but rude responses to my requests for a refund. This is not a reputable or trustworthy company and they have zero customer service skills. Avoid at all costs!!!
