I am a classically trained chef with 35 years’ experience delivering Seasonal Menus whether it be a Breakfast, Afternoon Tea or a Fillet of Beef Wellington dinner followed by a delicious Dessert. I pride myself on Taste, Quality and Quantity. All meals are freshly cooked and tailored to your individual requirements using traditional French Recipe Sauces and I will only use quality cuts of meat locally sourced - Browns of Diss.

"We came to my sisters Hen Party at Haugh Farm for 2 nights. Venky and Martin cooked 20 of us 2 Breakfasts, an afternoon tea and Dinner. Amazing is an understatement! Everyone saidhow much they loved it and there was something for everyone. Service was brilliant and nothing was ever a problem. They were a real pleasure and very friendly to all guests.
