Description
We are outside caterers well established for dinner parties, weddings and corporate events in Cornwall. We also attend events and festivals with our seafood stall 'Elseafood'. Elseafood provide a unique concept for street food; Chef Martin Davies produces healthy, fresh, restaurant standard seafood, cooked to order yet still at a reasonable price and convenient to eat on the move. We have an eco-friendly and viable ethos; using bio-degradable packaging and select under-utilised or sustainable seafood to create our innovative menus, which change depending on what has been caught locally.
For private events we pride ourselves on tailoring each menu to our guests' requirements, source local produce, lay the table, prepare and cook the gourmet food and leave you with a clean and tidy kitchen.

On the evening they arrived and got in with it- they were very professional and you would hardly know they were there. The food was absolutely delicious and they left the kitchen spotless. The chocolate birthday cake they made was enjoyed by all.

The quality of the food and the service was excellent. The portions were just right and the selection was good value too. Having the additional team member for serving drinks throughout the evening worked very well. All in all a great evening with all our guests thoroughly enjoying themselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Do you offer a venue for the banquet?
No, but we are very experienced at 'popping -up' in a variety of places with our stall. We are also adaptable having worked in many kitchens- small and large!
Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?
Depending on the menu, we usually prepare the food from our purpose built kitchen at home and then pitch up/ arrive at the venue to cook and serve.
Do you offer special menus?
Yes, let us know your dietary requirements and we will create a menu tailored around them
