• May 30, 2017"The food was nice however this was not the menu that had been agreed on (hog roast which should have been the show stopper became pulled pork) which I had advertised to my guests so I was very disappointed.
The food was also meant to be served at 11:30 but the caterer did not turn up before 11:20 which gave me a big head ache as I was looking for an alternative solution for my 150 guests as I did not know if they would turn up or not due to the poor communication.
Everything was planned a few weeks before including a tour of the venue for access therefore I was expecting a smooth running for this event and unfortunately from my perspective it was a bit chaotic.
I gave the feedback to the supplier and was promised a discount on my next event however I will decline the offer and use someone else in the future.
