Black Tie Bartenders ran a cocktail bar at our wedding last Friday. They were brilliant from start to finish! Very responsive and helpful during the booking process, helping me decide on the cocktails that they would serve. Owain came to set the bar up the day before the wedding and got stuck in with helping set up the marquee. On the day everybody loved the cocktails, and Owain was completely professional but also really fun and chatted to all the guests. They also went the extra mile by coming to find me several times during the evening to make sure that I had a drink! So many guests commented on how great the cocktails were. I would highly recommend!

    We take a deposit for the booking. Guests then order drinks at the bar throughout the event party. The organiser can then pay for the tab at the end of the night via bank transfer or card payment.

Black Tie Bartenders are a complete mobile bar hire service, using only experienced and trained bartenders. Every aspect at your wedding day bar can be taken care of and we offer as much or as little, as you like. We simply arrive and set up everything you need for a high quality, friendly bar service.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASSES

If you're looking for something a little bit different, or simply don't fancy the hustle and bustle of city centre nightclubs, our cocktail masterclasses are for you. We offer a truly personal service, unique to you and your party - the venue and menu is all up to you.

PERSONAL BARTENDING

Whether you're hosting a dinner party or just having friends over for drinks, Black Tie Bartenders can make any occasion truly memorable. We are able to work with you to create a perfect cocktail menu for your event, and are yours for as long as you need us.

There truly is no better way to celebrate a birthday than a personal, private bartender in your home. Black Tie Bartenders specialise in bespoke parties - whether you have an eighteen year old looking for a classy (and safe) way to enjoy their first drink, or would rather forget the number and concentrate on the celebrations!

STAG & HEN PARTIES

Looking for a quiet (or rowdy) night in, or a few drinks before you head into town? Black Tie Bartenders can come to you - wherever that may be. We can offer the Bride or Groom-to-be their favourite drinks, host party games and activities, and ensure that this will be a night you never forget.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

For bar owners and managers, Black Tie Bartenders offer a consultancy service covering all elements of bar management including stock and cellar management, operational paperwork and staff training. We also provide fully trained staff to work at your venue, whenever the need arises.
