How does the open bar work?
Pre paid - three tier options based on requirements - all transparent run through our EPOs till system. Elite - £85 per head + VAT - Unlimited food and drinks Premium - £65 per head + VAT- Unlimited selected food and drinks Standard - £35 per head + VAT - 3 Drinks and 1 x meal

Set List/Services
We work with some of the biggest brands, businesses and dynamic startups and individuals in the UK, providing a proven, award-winning service in bar management, event production and staffing.
Drinks Production - we provide drinks design, masterclasses and consultancy, bar management, staff and equipment hire and everything else drinks related.
Venue & Operations Management - Providing everything from venue managers to till systems and staffing, bar design, layout and equipment.
Mobile Bars and Festivals - Our lightweight bars are perfect for any event, they can also be used as DJ booths. If you’re organising a festival we’ve provided operations at Glastonbury, We Are Festival and Wildlife.
Food Partners - Running and producing events has exposed us to a number of food operators who we work with closely.
Brand Collaborations - We’ve worked closely with existing and new brands and products for launches at venues all across London and the UK to provide bespoke events tailored to each unique product.
Event Photography & Video - New to Background Bars, we now offer imagery and video content for events from our in-house creative team that has previously produced award winning music videos, short film and commercials.
