We are getting married on the 6th of August and are having afternoon tea as our sit down meal. After the guests all come in we need the staff to keep an eye on the tables and top up the teapots as they run out - there is a hot water tap in the kitchen. Also, we would like the staff to set up the first drinks for the tables as people come through the doors, and also to serve the champagne ready for the toast. The bar will open at around 5-6 and then the staff can finish. There will be around 100 guests. Thank you

We are looking at holding our wedding reception in Edinburgh which we think will allow us to have private caterers and which will allow us to provide our own alcohol once we've applied for a licence. We are ideally looking for someone who can supply a charming Citroen van or similar serving food and who can also provide an additional van serving our own drinks.
We will have 150 guests for an informal buffet, we are open to suggestions for food, we will be organising our own alcohol, but would maybe interested in help with setting up a bar. We would also be interested in help with tables, seat covers, glasses, crockery etc. Duration required would depend on services offered. 8 hours would be maximum.
We would like you to serve at 4 for the main wedding then serve since7 pm to 9.30pm for evening guests, there will be 50 for the day and 60 more for the evening. The farm has a kitchen that you will be able to use we would like apple sauce etc supplied and will pay upfront
Please could you provide a quote for:
- 1 x hog roast
- lamb roast (I think about 4?)
- crockery or napkins would be fine (whichever is cheaper as we are on a budget!)
- apple sauce/crackling etc. Would be great to have some alternatives to apple sauce (like apple and rosemary or something a bit querky!)

Please could you also indicate whether you can cater for Gluten Free (severe allergy/coelic disease - no contamination allowed)? We have 2 people in our party that suffer and ideally I would like everything except for the bread rolls to be safe for them to eat. If possible it would be great if you can supply gluten free bread for them but this is not 100% neccessary as it's easy for me to supply this.
I'm organising an 18th birthday party for my daughter, in our garden, with marquee. There is room to park a van and access should be ok. Power could be via extension cable from the house or garage. Hi, my time and date is 18th june and we will be having an outdoor marquee. I'd like quotes on BBQ for 120 people as we already have a hog roast. We like the idea of an ice cream cart, sweet carts. If you could please get back to me as soon as you can, that would be great.
My son turns 18 on 19th June! he would like a BBQ at home in our garden for his friends - probably about 40-50 in total. 'Fine dining' is definitely not the order of the day I'm afraid, more like your traditional BBQ food ie sausages, cheese burgers, marinated chicken skewers, corn on the cob etc... Any suggestions would be gratefully received please. Garlic bread and salad dishes would also be appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you soon. P.S. all food will be pre-paid.
We are holding a private party and would like 3 staff (1 to cook 1 to run bar and a spare to assist with both of these and to serve drinks/ food). We would need them 2 hours before guests arrive and for the next 4 hrs. We are expecting around 70-90 guests with lots of children!.
Kelly was an absolute gem - At my daughter's wedding at The Falmouth Hotel, the sweet cart was set up exactly as she said it would be, with all the correct sweets and beautifully decorated with ribbons and fairy lights. She even took time to email me the day before to confirm that it would be set up and to ring if we had any questions/concerns - we travelled down to Cornwall from Liverpool and we were delighted with the service. We had goujon monkey's join us for our wedding day on 16th September 2017, to serve 140 (ish) guests chicken, fish or cheese goujon's with chips. They arrived in plenty of time to set up, they looked great and everyone commented on how fresh and tasty the food was. All served by two friendly faces!!
