Recent review: Excellent all round. My son is autistic and booked the Jaguar to take him to prom in. The driver/staff were lovely and friendly and made my son feel at ease and like a VIP. He let him sit in the driver seat for photo opportunity which my son loved. My son said the best thing was when the driver reved the engine when he was dropping him off so all his year group turned and looked, so he felt very important. It's the little things that make it special. I would and will definitely book again. Thank You.

Recent review: It was like the worst nightmare. The car they sent was not able to start when it was time to go to the wedding lunch and we were left with no other option but to sit in the child seats at the back of the car of our photographer. There was no immediate backup available, the chauffer wasted about 30-45 minutes to fix the car but with no luck and ultimately with all our guests waiting at the venue we had to leave with our photographer. I still can't get over the fact that they made such a blunder and ruined the most important day of our lives. It was embarrassing for sure but more than that I feel so helpless that I wasn't able to fulfill the only thing my wife asked me for the wedding day, to travel in a vintage car. The only advice I would give to their potential customers is to go with a local company that is near to your ceremony venue so if god forbids something similar happens you would at least have a backup available even if it means paying an extra few bucks.

Recent review: I booked a bus through champagne tours for my girlfriends birthday. Was really easy to to organise & book, Andy was responsive and helpful with all my requests and questions despite my timings and start / end locations changing multiple times. On the night my group were nearly 40 minutes late to the bus, the driver and Andy were really helpful (responding to phone calls and messages at 9pm at night) and flexible to allow us to still have the allotted time despite being late. The actual bus itself was great, the staff were super friendly, took us where we wanted to go and my glass was never below half empty! Speakers were great in terms of music quality (we attracted a lot of attention driving through central London playing vengaboys!) and we could play our own music which was perfect. Very happy, would recommend.

Recent review: Thank you to Tony and the whole VIP BUS PARTY team for an epic 40th birthday party last weekend. The bus turned up early, the service onboard was excellent, the loo was convenient to have onboard, and there was even a coat rack. It was nice to have a couple stops to take a breather and some pictures, but the real fun was while onboard the bus. It just felt like we had our own VIP mobile club! Didn’t know what to expect going into it but they exceeded our expectations. Thanks again VIP BUS PARTY! Also, thanks to Poptop for requesting quotes from different companies other than my original request. That’s how we ended up booking with VIP.

Recent review: Phantom driver service excellent Hummer driver got lost and caused an hour delay, which I still haven't got any compensation for. This reduced the time we had in the hall and put a dent in the day and knock on effect on the time for pictures etc

We made a change to have the car arrive a bit earlier a few days before and they accommodated this change, the driver was friendly and helped us put a wedding ribbon on the car, and we arrived at the venue in plenty of time.
