Like to have a tipi style event. We are having a live band and have outside caterers providing a hot buffet so would need informal seating. We would need a dancefloor and fairy lights. There are toilets less than 50m away and we have access to the community centre for the entire weekend.
We are planning to have our wedding reception hog roast/party at home is there any chance you could come take a look at our garden and see what you suggest? 80/90 people will will have attending and additional evening guests.
Hi, I will need a unit that can accommodate 100 guests, It is a VIP area cocktail and canapés. So a small bar with fridge and a catering area will be needed with fridge, prep space and wash up, relaxed informal sitting available for around 70 of the 100 guests. Can you help? Kind Regards
Outdoor event on a farm up to 100 guests. water and power are available. some limitation on available space / not sure yet what exactly we need - hog roast yes / surf or bull rider not both / circular marquee top only of approx 50 feet diameter / payment up front - interested in insurance against weather.
We are organising a fund raising event. This will be a sit down event, probably with a Hog Roast for approx 200 adults. We envisage having a band and dancing. We will also have some other form of entertainment such as photographer/black jack table/raffles. It will take place in the field.

We had a fantastic weekend in our 1970's Vintent. Marc and company were extremely friendly and had everything including the beds set up for arrival...highly recommend Vintents to anyone who wants an authentic camping experience with a touch of nostalgia.

Just to say a big thank you for all your work for last weekend.
It was fantastic seeing the marquee go up in no time at all on Thursday. Not that I'd presume to know anything about marquee construction, but I thought it was a fine piece of workmanship :P
It looked great and the size seemed just right for what we needed, so we couldn't be happier.
We were out of the country by the time it was taken down, but I hope it all went as smoothly in reverse.
