Hello Eugene, I am organising a corporate party for the company I work for; we are looking to have a food van to serve burgers, sausages, and possibly fish & chips too. There will be approx 90-110 guests (subject to change). The event duration is since 12 till 4pm, but you are welcome to come earlier to set up, we have a power source at the event if needed. I am planning my wedding and we are not having a sit down dinner instead we are organising a fun fair with hot food vans instead so people have a choice if food and it's a more relaxed atmosphere. We have around 100 guests. We would like food with minimal fuss so anything that you can eat standing and walking around. Ideally I would like food to be served from around 4:30 till about 7/8pm with the guests able to come and get food from when they want to etc. I hope this is enough information please contact me if not. In September, 5.30-8 pm for 70-80 guests a birthay party, served in rented house with power and water supply, prefer mexican or indian, but any as long as gluten free options are available, and catering for some vegetairans, paid for upfront.
Dan provided a lamb roast for the guests at my son's 1st birthday. He made lamb kebabs with minted coleslaw and provided chairs and gazebos. We had a great day and the food was delicious. Will be booking again! Thanks!
David was amazing! He managed to cook 3 different paellas in the small space we gave him whilst an entire party was in full flow. Everyone loved watching it being made in the gigantic pans and David answered everyone's questions about the paella whilst cooking for 50 people. Everyone loved the food and said it was delicious. Plenty of food, we are looking forward to our left overs for dinner! Gracias David!
