Very poor service. Not as described at all. The hired bar staff came on time, were professional and did a good job. Our issue is with the management at RubyLemon. We spoke with management before the booking (after chasing them with many emails and phonecalls), to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Absolutely fantastic service from this team. She attended the venue on time (in fact before us) and immediately was ready to help set up and start the service. I literally can’t praise her enough and without her help the party would’ve been a lot more difficult to organize and run. 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. The two women turned up on time were very hard working and charmed all of the guests at the party. The three wonderful staff who worked our event were just incredible. We really couldn’t have wished for anything more from them. Our event at the headquarters of the Down’s Syndrome Association was a huge success and made even better knowing that the staff were so professional and compassionate towards the attendees with Down’s syndrome.
