Wedding reception with bell tent accommodation required. Ideally, I'd like one supplier who can provide x5-6 bell tents of uniform size and colour and that come equips with beds (!) at x4 person per tent.
We are planning on having a double 21st in the fields for 200 seated for dinner with dancing etc. The access is fine but all will be run on generators. The party is on the evening of 2.9.16 so the marquee would be needed the day before at least. We will also require a catering tent. Tables and chairs either round or tressle. Extra tressles for coffee etc. Dance floor. Many thanks
I just wondered if you could please give me a quote for 100 seated guests and up to 200 in total standing for the evening. And most likely a caterers tent. We want casual, beautiful, rustic, but do have quite a tight budget. So if you could give us any advice on how to keep the costs down that would be great. If you could also let me know if there are any set up/travel costs please. We are looking for the 23rd July.
Marquee required for wedding reception. To be attached to hall in case of bad weather. Require something nice but not too expensive and with a floor it doesn't have to be a dance floor as the hall has that. Some lighting for the evening too please can you quote
Hi! I would like to hire a tent to seat 60 people, with an additional space for 60 more in the evening that would be standing only. Please let me know if you can supply a dance floor and bar as well as toilets?
I am responsible for a corporate party dedicated to its 5th anniversary for June 2016. I am not sure where it will be held. There will be between 60-80 guests. I am thinking a circus theme. Please could you provide me with a quote with details on what is included in the cost?
I am organising a 21st at a private home in Bridge of Cally on the 27th may next year. We need to sleep 80 people in bell tents. These would need to be comfortable/cosy and have bedding supplied with them.
It was my daughters 8th birthday I cannot stress how wonderful the experience was. We had an Alice in wonderland theme Mad Hatters Tea party and it was amazing! I wanted to say thank you to Kevin and his team for making sure the marquee was put up ridiculously early on Saturday morning after it couldn’t be done on the Friday due to the extreme weather. The event was a huge success and couldn’t have happened if they hadn’t come back on the Saturday to make sure it was up and ready in time for the event.
