Hello! I have a wedding on the 26th August 2017. I would appreciate a quote for food. The original idea was to have a hog roast, therefore our thoughts for approximately 120 guests in the evening are: Roast beef, Roast pork, Vegetarian option, New potatoes, salad, coleslaw, bread rolls, stuffing, condiments. We have at least two gluten free guests and at least one vegetarian guest. We have an incredibly tight budget and are happy to comprimise on a few items. We look forward to hearing from you.

The plan is to serve a light afternoon tea (cakes, sweet / savoury scones and finger sandwiches) in the afternoon from fete tables, followed by a more substantial, yet informal meal at approximately 7pm in the evening. Hi there. We're having our wedding reception on 4th sept. and would like a catering for around 110 people, with vegan and vegetarian options for around 10 people. Looking for BBQ options ( maybe hogroast ) with salads, jacket potatoes and such. Looking forward to hearing back.
We are looking at holding our wedding reception in Edinburgh which we think will allow us to have private caterers and which will allow us to provide our own alcohol once we've applied for a licence. We are ideally looking for someone who can supply a charming Citroen van or similar serving food and who can also provide an additional van serving our own drinks.
We are in the process of booking our wedding and are very keen to have a selection of food vans with a range of cuisines including Indian. We are keen to ensure the tastes and flavors are what we are looking for so would be interested in meeting and sampling before confirming the booking. We are expecting approx 80 guests for a relaxed event where the vans will be on site for a period of time. The budget is between £10-£13 per head. Hello Eugene, I am organising a corporate party for the company I work for; we are looking to have a food van to serve burgers, sausages, and possibly fish & chips too. There will be approx 90-110 guests (subject to change). The event duration is since 12 till 4pm, but you are welcome to come earlier to set up, we have a power source at the event if needed. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the best bbq I have ever had. Everybody at work could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how friendly you guys were. I can't wait to have another excuse to use you guys again. We had the left over food for lunch today.
