We will prepare, hand stretch and cook genuine authentic pizzas using only the finest Italian ingredients. All cooked at 400 degrees in commercial-grade pizza ovens. We use San Marzano DOP tomatoes in our delicious sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. Then we source the finest salami, pepperoni and Nduja for our meat pizzas. All topped with herbs, and fresh torn basil. Delicious pizzas served from our customised gazebo.

Having spent many years in Italy enjoying wonderful Italian food, especially Pizza. I wanted to bring the authentic taste to the UK. We are fully portable as everything is brought on site and set up in our 3m x 3m gazebo - perfect for garden parties where a van might not have access.
