Hi so I'm looking to have a festival type wedding next August. Most people will be coming all day so we are looking at 120-150 people with an extra 30 possibly in the evening. We want to have around 4 different food vans. Pizza, fish and chips and then another. We want the giant tipi hats 1 big enough to seat everyone daytime and a dance floor and fire pit. Then a separate single hat which will just have music in it. We also be enough bell tents to sleep around 80 people. Nice portable showers for the people staying and then some nice toilets for everyone as well.
