Hand Rolled Wood-Fired Pizza
Our brand new custom-built trailer heats up to a whopping 450 degrees which allows us to cook fresh pizzas in minutes, in front of your guests. Our bases are hand rolled and topped with a homemade tomato and basil base, or garlic butter base and topped with a choice of toppings. We have our 'top ten toppings' which we find cater to every palate but if there is something specific you'd like to add, just let us know.
