Russell from Herts Hot Tub Hire was great, he came on his own on a Saturday and set up the hot tub for me, even putting up with two very excited little boys who constantly questioned him! He gave me full instructions, full dos and don'ts. Kept in contact the whole time delivering and picking up. Genuine fella, would really recommend hiring from him in the future. Loved our hot tub rental, really good to have it for a full 7 days too. Helpful set up and take away from KEDA. Found the bubbles a bit noisy to relax to but the tub itself was brilliant, really spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to rent one again another time!

Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will o…
