Sunset Yurts hires out beautiful wood and canvas structures to you so that you can host an event with a difference. Our yurt was hand-made with lots of love and our aim is to share a little of that love with you and your guests. To complement the yurt we also offer stunning 5m bell tents, furnished to your taste or left bare for you to decorate as you please.
All of our canvas family are available to rent either individually or together, we bring them to you wherever that may be: your garden, your favourite camp site, your favourite festival, your wedding venue or your school. We pitch them and leave you to play. When you're done, we return and pack up, leaving no trace that we were ever there... except for some valuable memories that are yours to keep forever.
We are a yurt hire business focused on supplying yurts for private events, parties, festivals, short breaks and workshops.
We have a 16ft (4.88m) yurt and a 9ft (2.75m) yurt available for hire in Nottinghamshire, and a 16ft yurt available for hire in Norfolk.
Each 16ft yurt offers 200sqft (18.7sqm) of usable floor space, and is large enough to comfortably sleep 5 when fully furnished, or would suit a workshop with up to 20 participants, while the 9ft yurt offers 64sqft (5.9sqm) of usuable floor space.
We are able to deliver and erect the yurts at a location of your choosing, (including most camp sites), so all you need to do is turn up relax!

Like to have a tipi style event. We are having a live band and have outside caterers providing a hot buffet so would need informal seating. We would need a dancefloor and fairy lights. There are toilets less than 50m away and we have access to the community centre for the entire weekend.
Looking for a wedding location for either tipi or marquee style ceremony and reception. Would like the possibility of outdoor with a back up plan for weather being bad. We would like suggestions of areas we can hire for the tipi or marquee and recommend suppliers if possible. Hoping to either have a less formal day with a later start and have all guests from start to end with some form of afternoon tea or canapé selection served late afternoon with a bbq served in the evening. Which would be 13/10/18 or 20/10/18 or a more formal wedding breakfast and evening reception which would be held 19/10/18 where guests are split between day and evening invites.
21st birthday party, plan to have it in a field with lots of space, but want it in a party tent so its a little bit different. guests will be roughly around 200 people. and will start around 7pm till late.
Outdoor event on a farm up to 100 guests. water and power are available. some limitation on available space / not sure yet what exactly we need - hog roast yes / surf or bull rider not both / circular marquee top only of approx 50 feet diameter / payment up front - interested in insurance against weather.

We hired a giant jenga, limbo, and some deck chairs from Rent Event for our wedding. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Everything was delivered the day before the wedding and collected the day after. Jamie even made sure our items were transported right up to the reception room (which was at the end of a pier!). The games were brilliant, our guests had so much fun with them. And the deck chairs looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company.
