Vintents brings a whole new meaning to vintage camping. Assembling our collection of beautiful, vintage canvas tents has been a labour of love.
The results are stunning. Real cotton canvas tents from the 70s and 80s make any event or festival camping experience one to treasure.
Tall enough to stand up in, with full height canopied inner tents protected from the elements by heavy duty built in groundsheets, these are perfectly formed for a long weekend stay.
A romantic den, a family friendly cottage or a friends-together chillout room – these gorgeous tents are whatever you want them to be.
Individually sourced and each with a palette of canvas colours – burnt siennas, creams, ochres and soft olives – our unique collection will send you into nostalgia overdrive.
Tipis make a fantastic alternative to a marquee, cool in summer and cozy in winter, year round they make a great choice for your event.
We’re good at what we do because we love it! Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. We touch peoples lives with what we do and we will try to make your event as amazing as possible.

This is a joint birthday party and a marquee/stretch tent in the garden is required as we can't rely on the weather. Other items may be required but I just need the price of the stretch tent first. To seat 60.
Up to 120 guests for an afternoon/evening reception required the stretch tent, with a B&B attached for some guests. We want to merge the outside and inside into one flowing area, with chill out spits, simple bench seating and catering will likely be in the form of a mobile food van of some sort, we are trying to avoid a full sit down meal. As the evening progresses we want an area for people to dance/relax/drink. Ending at around midnight or just after.
Looking for a marquee or tent which will accommodate around 110-120 seated and room for small dance floor for later in the evening. Would like to be able to hire or use benches rather than round tables. We are also looking for singers /brass band to play throughout the evening followed by a dj. Thank you in advance
I would like to enquire about prices for an Indian wedding reception of 50-65 guests in our rear garden at home. I would like a quote including tables, chairs and their covers, and a dance floor. Thank You
Hi so I'm looking to have a festival type wedding next August. Most people will be coming all day so we are looking at 120-150 people with an extra 30 possibly in the evening. We want to have around 4 different food vans. Pizza, fish and chips and then another. We want the giant tipi hats 1 big enough to seat everyone daytime and a dance floor and fire pit. Then a separate single hat which will just have music in it. We also be enough bell tents to sleep around 80 people. Nice portable showers for the people staying and then some nice toilets for everyone as well. We are having children so we are going to do lawn games and then wanted something inflatable and fun that everyone can have a giggle on. Thank you look forward to hearing back from you
The party is an outdoor 18th birthday party. It has a festival type theme to the party. The party also has a vintage theme to it but with lots of character.
It would be lovely to have a teepee at the event
Hi, We are looking for a:
- stretch marquee for 120 people seated at long tables
- bell tents for approx 90 people
Stretch tent set up on Thursday and take down Sunday
Event is in Benenden, 15 minutes from Tunbridge Wells
We will be celebrating our son's 50th birthday and his marriage to his long term partner. This will be in the valley at our home in Hartfield and we will need portaloos as well as a Tipi type tent with lighting and a dance floor. We also need a band.
I am currently trying to find some staff for my wedding on the 17th December. It is being held at wootton village hall, wootton, canterbury, CT4 6RP.
I would require around 6 staff. 4 waitress/ general staff to serve canapés & drinks in the marquee from 1:30- 3:30pm. Then guest will need to be seated in thw hall. Then staff will be needed to serve the sit down meal from 5pm-7pm. The meal is going to be very relaxed and will only be one course but we would still be looking for very attentive staff, that are happy to get stuck in to any job required.
We also would need 2 bar staff to man the free bar that we will be providing from 7pm-12am but this could be 2 of the previous staff and the extra two could stay on to clear and glass collect ect, if that worked.
We also would maybe require 2x cleaning staff for the next day to clean the hall.
It would be great to know if you have any staff available for our date and then maybe we can discuss details further.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Outstanding! My daughter had a fab sleepover with her friends and Andrea did everything humanly possible to make it happen. I liked her quick responses, flexibility and warm heart, plus her lovely little touches. I recommend it to anyone!
Dear Sally and all at Time,
Just to say a big thank you for all your work for last weekend.
It was fantastic seeing the marquee go up in no time at all on Thursday. Not that I'd presume to know anything about marquee construction, but I thought it was a fine piece of workmanship :P
It looked great and the size seemed just right for what we needed, so we couldn't be happier.
We were out of the country by the time it was taken down, but I hope it all went as smoothly in reverse.
Wishing you all all the best,
