Manor Farm Barn has a beautiful marquee style lining, with gorgeous chandeliers and a neutral colour scheme, lending itself easily to any theme. A large sprung black and white dance floor set to one side of the barn, offers ample space whilst allowing guests to talk freely to each other at their tables.


Outdoor weddings are simply charming and our bespoke services allow you to have the wedding you want and in the location you would like. The Garden Room is the perfect space which allows couples to have the choice of having an outdoor ceremony if they wish. The Garden Room oozes elegance and chic and is adaptable to anyone’s wedding theme.


We can host the perfect Wedding reception. The barn is very versatile and can cater for small or large weddings and events from 30 or up to 220 guests at circular tables of 10; there is ample room for creating a stunning centrepiece and for those final additions. The large courtyard provides a sheltered spot to welcome guests with drinks and canapes. The outside stage offers the perfect arena for your entertainment or band, fashion shows or presentations and presents an ideal background for group and individual photos.

MAIN BARN

The Main Barn is a perfect wedding reception venue. A room for any number of guests up to 300. The barns are beautifully restored brick and flint buildings which are fully carpeted and centrally heated. SHEPHERD'S COTTAGE


The Shepherd’s Cottage is an 18th Century thatched building with arched gothic windows nestled on the edge of a medieval wood and overlooking extensive lakes. It is licensed for civil ceremonies, partnerships and wedding breakfasts for up to 40 guests. There is a large enclosed garden and patio area outside and inside there are beautiful features such as an open log fireplace and original brick floor. This is the perfect venue for an intimate occasion with friends and family.

The Fisher Theatre

The largest room within the theatre offers a maximum seating capacity of 160 and an impressive 240 when all guests/delegates are standing with minimal seating on offer.

Unusual for an auditorium are the windows in the roof that flood the space with natural light. These can be blacked out if not required. Added to which are theatre lights that are able to create added atmosphere to enhance any event from the formality of a conference to an evening party.


The floor consists of 60 individual floor panels that may be raised or lowered, to six different heights, allowing you to choose the size of the main stage, seated area, centre stage or even a catwalk.


The technical side of the auditorium is controlled from a box above the auditorium at the back, accessed via the gallery. A sound desk, lighting desk, variety of microphones, cinema projector (both DVD and VHS), and the internet are available.
