All our Tents are Top of the Range, 100% canvas, fully waterproof with heavy duty groundsheets, giving you complete comfort and luxury. We pride ourselves on giving you the best quality tents unlike many of the copies out there, our tents are European tested to BS5852 standards. To host your outdoor bell tent party, your venue needs to have a footprint of six metres in diameter for a four-metre tent, seven metres in diameter for a five-metre tent and eight metres for our 6 metre tent.

Sunset Yurts hires out beautiful wood and canvas structures to you so that you can host an event with a difference. Our yurt was hand-made with lots of love and our aim is to share a little of that love with you and your guests. To complement the yurt we also offer stunning 5m bell tents, furnished to your taste or left bare for you to decorate as you please.
All of our canvas family are available to rent either individually or together, we bring them to you wherever that may be: your garden, your favourite camp site, your favourite festival, your wedding venue or your school. We pitch them and leave you to play. When you're done, we return and pack up, leaving no trace that we were ever there... except for some valuable memories that are yours to keep forever.

We are a yurt hire business focused on supplying yurts for private events, parties, festivals, short breaks and workshops.
We have a 16ft (4.88m) yurt and a 9ft (2.75m) yurt available for hire in Nottinghamshire, and a 16ft yurt available for hire in Norfolk.
Each 16ft yurt offers 200sqft (18.7sqm) of usable floor space, and is large enough to comfortably sleep 5 when fully furnished, or would suit a workshop with up to 20 participants, while the 9ft yurt offers 64sqft (5.9sqm) of usuable floor space.

My daughter is getting married on 10th June and the event will span 3 days in a field. The bride and groom want to be amidst the revellers and will need a tent for the duration. Required from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th.

I am organizing a Charity Event in Blackpool to raise money for CLIC Sargent on the 28th January 2017.
CLIC Sargent provide support for children with cancer, along with their families. My sister was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 15 and CLIC Sargent supported us throughout the 3 years of her treatment.
I am emailing to inquire about your marquee services. The event will be taking place at my home, and I am looking into having a small marquee extending out into the garden from our kitchen. If you could offer any of your services at a discounted rate I would hugely appreciate it, as we are trying to save as much money on overheads as possible.

A few local people are trying to organise a Country Fair and require some entertainment throughout the day. The dancing will be outdoors on grass in an arena type area. At this moment we are trying to get some idea of entertainment available and at what cost. This is an event which we are hoping will attract people from a large area and hopefully will become an annual event. It is hard to estimate but we would hope on 2000 people at least.
We're looking for tipi hire for our wedding around summer 2019 (still a while off). We haven't booked a venue yet but we're looking in the Durham/ North Yorkshire area and will be looking for an open, level field which is suitable for tipis for a rustic theme.
We'll require hire all day and the tipi should sit around 120 people and have an open fire and dance floor. We're looking to supply our own alcohol and are hiring in caterers such as hog roast. We'd prefer round tables over benches, and will requite lighting/ fairy lights so power is needed too.
We have hire a 45ft barn for our wedding reception but are wanting a marquee to put along side the barn to hold the bar and buffet area, a few straw bales and palette tables for a festival feel area and more space in the barn.. nothing fancy just the marquee/tent and lighting. Would not need to hold all guests at one time.
We are looking for a member of security staff to look after a marquee overnight on the nights of Thursday 8 Dec from 9pm until 7am
Friday 9 Dec from 6pm until 7am
Saturday 10 Dec from 10pm until 7am
The marquee is in a local field and will have items of value in it.
we are getting married on the 34th of june 2017, and looking for caterers for our evening reception, in derby. We will be feeding around 200 people and thinking a hog roast and vegetarian option. If this is something you could cater further information including a rough idea of price would be great.
Hi we are getting married on 30th of June 2018 and we would love a tipi as our night do venue. Could we please have a price list/ quote on one please. We are thinking that there will be a maximum of 70-80 guest through the day and no more than 100 at night time. Ideally we would love a dance floor also, and fairy light to make it look really special.

Hi, I will need a unit that can accommodate 100 guests, It is a VIP area cocktail and canapés. So a small bar with fridge and a catering area will be needed with fridge, prep space and wash up, relaxed informal sitting available for around 70 of the 100 guests. Can you help? Kind Regards
