"I can’t fault these guys for their service as they contacted me well in advance to check the suitability of access to ensure no problems on delivery. When they arrived they saw to the whole process and sought our opinion on some key points with placement of the tub and the gazebo. We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were soo good at explaining everything on arrival and I was really impressed with the hygiene standards. We loved the hot tub experience and would definitely recommend the company and use them again. They were also really fast at responding to emails and calls regarding drop off and pick up times x
