Organising our festival style wedding for April may 2017. At most 130 guests to eat minimum will be about 60. To be held aberdare area although this still not definate. Sides could be salad and some bread? It would be paid for upfront. Estimated time would be different depending on service you provide time given is for food hire. My 18th is on the 2nd June, and i would likest a marquee for 45-50 people in my garden. It will be masquerade themed therefore would like colour schemes of black and gold with fairy lights and flooring, heating and chair and table hire.

18th Birthday party with around 100 guests. Love House music and reggae. A fun party night full of smiles and laughter. 2 marquees- one dance with lazer shows and the other just seating and bar area. hope you can help.
We are planning on having a double 21st in the fields for 200 seated for dinner with dancing etc. The access is fine but all will be run on generators. The party is on the evening of 2.9.16 so the marquee would be needed the day before at least. We will also require a catering tent. Tables and chairs either round or tressle. unconventional wedding being held in a field in a farm, 60 guests during the day, another 25 at night, wedding to be blessed at 14:30hrs. Hi! I need a marquee large enough for 200 - 230 guests seated. Can you suggest the type and varieties that are available? The Carpi tents would be idea. Do you offer wooden chairs, long tables (trestles), flooring etc. This is for an event my company is organising in mid august 2016. I am away at the moment so it may be easier to email details through rather than call.
Tent would need space for a DJ at one end, dance floor then casual seating at the opposite end. Estimated 150-200 people. Seating not necessary for that many people though, just an area with some lounge style seating would be great. Many thanks
