Vines Pizza Shack is our converted double-decker pizza restaurant. We prep, make and stone bake our Pizzas onboard which guests can either take away or eat upstairs in our 36 capacity restaurant. We also have a canvas fairy-lit awning which attaches to the outside of the bus allowing us to seat more people outside. I've attached our menu which gives you a rough idea of cost and a few photos. What we usually do for large events is narrow the pizza menu down to 4 choices (excluding the specials) which we can offer you. Alternatively, we often do events that require half a pizza and one side per guest , this would be a selection again of four pizzas of your choice (excluding specials) and a guests choice of the following sides - British Potato Wedges Homemade Apple Slaw Hand tossed Greek Salad.

My name is Miraglia Vincenzo and i 'm Italian Pizza chef. We produce High quality Neapolitan artisan handmade pizza s and we delivered the authentic Italian taste, how we do that? Simple, we only use the finest ingredient exclusively imported from Italy from the flour to make our pizza dough to the San Marzano DOP Tomatoes, Fior Di Latte mozzarella imported once a week from Naples and all the salami from different Italian regions. Why we do that? Because we want you to feel like in Italy for few hours. Our wood fired Italian pizza oven can cook 3 pizza a time in only 90 second at 450 degrees. Usually we serve the pizza s from a buffet table dressed with a tablecloth or directly from the van, in that way everyone can eat at the same time and can try all the different toppings avoiding waste. Wood Fired Pizza Buffet

We charge £500 including the first 50 pizzas, then £8 per pizza after that. In our custom built wood fired oven, we create Neapolitan style pizza. We are passionate about using the freshest ingredients to ensure tasty pizzas, full of natural goodness. We hand make our own slow fermented dough, as well as our San Marzano tomato sauce and we use only the very best and where possible local produce to top our pizzas such as charcuterie from East Cost Cured in Leith and Fior Di Latte Mozzarella from Yester Farm Dairies in Gifford. Using a traditional wood fired oven, our pizzas cook at temperatures of well over 450°c and within around 90 seconds you will be enjoying pizza just the way it should be. We would suggest 1 pizza per person although we serve buffet style in slices. This way everyone gets to try the different toppings. We would offer 4 different pizzas from our extensive menu.

Wood fired pizza prepared by a couple of bearded pizza tossers looking to add a bit of theatre or humour to your event through beautiful food. We serve delicious wood fired pizzas that are all freshly made to order. Our pizzas can be made to suit vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten free dietary requirements. The toppings for our pizzas include pepperoni, prosciutto, chorizo, Halloumi, feta, mozzarella, jalapeño, peppers, onions and others that you can decide upon beforehand. Gourmet Pizza Buffet From a Vintage Horsebox

The Pizza Box is a converted Vintage Rice Trailer with wood-fired oven. Pizzas would be cooked by myself who also works as Private Chef. I was named as Chef of the Year for the whole of Perthshire, Dundee & Angus and Fife in the Menu Food and Drink Awards in March this year. The Pizzas I do are slightly different in the respect that all the products I use are either grown or foraged by myself on my small holding. Salads are all homegrown. Puddings use homegrown fruit Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and any other intolerances catered for. This is by no means set in stone - I would be more than happy to discuss with you in further detail the different options.
