The reception starts at 3.30 and there will be 135 guests. The plan is to serve cocktails from 3.30 for an hour or so. We've got several big kilner style decanters so can pre-mix drinks to save time. Then it will move into a cash bar serving regular drinks and the odd cocktail if required. The bar will close at 11pm.
