We are holding a private party and would like 3 staff (1 to cook 1 to run bar and a spare to assist with both of these and to serve drinks/ food). We would need them 2 hours before guests arrive and for the next 4 hrs. We are expecting around 70-90 guests with lots of children!.
Alternative wedding party at my parents home where there will be various catering vans rather than formal sit down meal. Looking at approximately 80 guests. We'd have one van for drinks reception (serving maybe crepres or something similar from approx 3-5pm) and another 1 or 2 vans to serve all food for evening (approx 6-9pm). All suggestions considered. We are in the process of booking our wedding and are very keen to have a selection of food vans with a range of cuisines including Indian. We are keen to ensure the tastes and flavors are what we are looking for so would be interested in meeting and sampling before confirming the booking. We are expecting approx 80 guests for a relaxed event where the vans will be on site for a period of time. The budget is between £10-£13 per head.
