Sunset Yurts hires out beautiful wood and canvas structures to you so that you can host an event with a difference. Our yurt was hand-made with lots of love and our aim is to share a little of that love with you and your guests. To complement the yurt we also offer stunning 5m bell tents, furnished to your taste or left bare for you to decorate as you please.
All of our canvas family are available to rent either individually or together, we bring them to you wherever that may be: your garden, your favourite camp site, your favourite festival, your wedding venue or your school. We pitch them and leave you to play. When you're done, we return and pack up, leaving no trace that we were ever there... except for some valuable memories that are yours to keep forever.

We are planning a wedding for Saturday 30 July 2016. Likely to be around 100 seated for a meal, some more added for the evening with dancing = c 130. Church wedding beforehand probably 2pm, arriving at venue around 3.30. We only need the tents for a one day event but would obviously like to be able to set up and decorate in advance so it would be advantageous to have access at least the previous afternoon.
I am getting married on 18th June 2016 and would like to reserve some tents for the occasion for my guests to stay in on my dads farm. At present I would like to find out details and cost and possibly reserve some tents if the package is right. I am hoping to send out information of the hire company I use with my invites next week and my guest can then call and book their own tents using my name and the date of the wedding as a booking reference, to make it simple for them. I am looking for a stretch tent for our garden (which is approx. 6m x 15 m). We are looking to seat approximately 50 people, but do not need any flooring. We need it between 12 noon and 10pm. Ideally it should be set up on the day beforehand and taken down the day afterwards.
We are looking to host a joint 21st birthday with around 50 guests. We will not need many tables or chairs as dinner will not be seated. We would however, like a sofa area with small tables, potentially inside a marquee. Thank you very much
We are looking for a stretch tent to act as an extension of our wedding venue. We only need a small tent attached to the building, to hold guests who would like to go outside. We only need room for pproximately 30 guests standing. We would also like heating.
Its my daughter's 30th Birthady and I need a bell tent from 24 to 26 Feb 2017 to sleep 5-6 adults, the overspill as can't get them all in the house. The tent will need campbeds and duvets, heating and lighting and needs to be sturdy enough to cope with winter weather.
Please can you give me the cost with bedding and without as I am hosting the weekend and feeding everyone so need to keep the cost down.
