Chef was very friendly, cooked us a wonderful 3 course meal which was beautifully presented. He told us all about the ingredients he had used and why he had chosen them for us. He was very tidy and left the kitchen spotless. We really enjoyed his food and he was great company too. We would definitely book Head Chef Silvestre in the future.

Silvestre and Julia were fantastic. They made my 40th birthday black tie meal absolutely perfect. Very easy communication in the run up (and flexible to respond to dietary requirements), delicious food on the day (and lots of it!), and a sparkling kitchen when they were finished. I'd have no hesitation to book them again.
