Silvestre and Julia were fantastic. They made my 40th birthday black tie meal absolutely perfect. Very easy communication in the run up (and flexible to respond to dietary requirements), delicious food on the day (and lots of it!), and a sparkling kitchen when they were finished. I'd have no hesitation to book them again.

Silverstone was very accommodating adding in extra people very last minute. The food was delicious and there was lots of it! Most of us couldn't finish it!! He was very relaxed and easy going even when our accommodation dud not have a great kitchen to use!!
