About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.

"Mark and Simon from Man with a Pan were outstanding providing a delicious Paella menu for 60 guests at our birthday celebrations. Can’t recommend crocus paella enough. They fed 140 wedding guests & were extremely professional. Great portion sizes and so much flavour! Such a good value tasty way of feeding guests. We had 1 veggie & 1 chicken option. Would highly recommend for a non traditional wedding catering option!

Our chef, Richie, was fantastic. Great communication beforehand and nothing was too much! He arrived on time, set up outside, whipped up a delicious vegan paella, alongside some amazing focaccia and the best vegan aoili I've ever had, followed by vegan brownies with fresh fruit and cream. What can I say about Chouxlicious, it was absolutely delicious firstly. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely, Nicola was so helpful, she added additional special requests from my husband for his birthday and we had a beautiful afternoon at home, delivered safely during lockdown!
